White Chocolate Rice Pudding: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

Growing up my mom would occasionally make baked rice pudding. It wasn’t until a few years ago that I had rice pudding again. Eating it again reminded me of how good it is, but also under appreciated. This realization sent me looking for various rice pudding recipes and I discovered different flavors of rice pudding and have been enjoying trying them out ever since.

This rice pudding takes my love of white chocolate and rediscovered taste for rice pudding and combines them into a delicious dessert, that I don’t feel quite so guilty eating.
