A creamy white hot chocolate with the cinnamon flavor of a snickerdoodle.
Making and trying new flavors of hot chocolate is one of the main reasons I can get through the cold winter months. I hate being cold, but love sipping on some warm hot chocolate.
Snickerdoodle Hot Chocolate
chopped white chocolate, good quality
- In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Cook on medium-low heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture begins to simmer.
- Once the mixture comes to a simmer, remove the saucepan from the heat and add in the white chocolate. Stir until the white chocolate has melted.
- Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and top with whipped cream, if desired.
