Sometimes when I decide to make a dough recipe I regret choosing it because of the work. When I think about it, it is really not that much work, but you do have to start several hours before you want to eat and it is a multi-step process. But once I taste the results, to work becomes totally worth it. Just like with this bread. Cheese stuffed inside of bread and cheese on top of bread makes for one totally delicious bread.
